Daniele, (M.B.A., Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University), is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master with over 25 years of experience leading IT initiatives. She specializes in project and program management, systems analysis, business analysis, and quality assurance. She has a strong track record of managing complex projects throughout their lifecycle from initiation to closing. She provides extensive Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support for major IT systems, ensuring documentation and deliverables align with contractual requirements and industry best practices. She partners closely with clients to evaluate technical solutions, assess cost reasonableness, and drive mission-aligned outcomes. Daniele is known for her strategic insight and collaborative approach to delivering value to high-impact programs.
Krupali Parikh, Senior Partner and COO
Krupali, (M. Litt., Strategic Studies, University of Aberdeen, Scotland; M.A., Public Affairs and Politics, Rutgers University), is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). For more than 20 years she has provided program management and acquisition support for large IT investments. She has extensive experience analyzing requirements and e-government operations related to the processing and transmission of data. In addition, she has overseen a range of system life cycle support activities, including contract administration, vendor oversight, IV&V, and business analysis services. She brings expertise in all aspects of the procurement lifecycle including developing documentation to support contract actions and developing scoring criteria to evaluate proposals. Krupali is known for her can-do approach to problem solving and commitment to fostering long-term client relationships built on trust and open communication.
